My mother required yet another CT scan, but her medical insurance was unwilling to pay for it due to their rigid policies. They agreed to a fresh scan when Dr. Brijlal called them and convinced them. Blood test samples required house visits for my mum. Two weeks prior, the pathology lab was completely booked. She picked up the phone after I warned her. Two hours later, a lab employee who wanted to take blood was at the door.
