How very disappointed I was when I got home and eagerly started to eat it! There wasn't much lamb, and what there was was tough and needed to be pulled from the bones. It was challenging to finish the bread because the spices weren't cooked and the crudeness of the raw spice infused it. In fact, I was so discouraged that I called Royal Punjab to express my disapproval. The call's recipient appeared to be rather unconcerned and simply stated that their food was traditional Indian fare and that no one ever complained. There was no apology or offer to redo it.
