Description:
Camps Bay is a relatively safer place to live. There are 21 reported incidents on common assault. There has been a single case of murder which is a constant rate in the past 10 years or so. 23 incidents of common robbery were reported.
In terms of property crimes, there were 158 reported incidents of burglary at residential premises whereas incidents theft out of or from motor vehicle were pegged at 173.

With respect to burglary at residential premises, Mowbray is closer to Camps Bay at 172. Surprisingly, incidents of theft out of or from motor vehicle are lower at 136 compared to Camps Bay.
