I have been educating people on the therapeutic, health, and healing benefits of incorporating regular Hatha yoga practise into their lives since 2014 under the brand Svadhyaya Yoga (a brand of Nritya Rupam Academy of Dance pty Ltd). Additionally, I work specifically with dancers to incorporate Hatha Yoga techniques that will strengthen their dancing by increasing body and mind awareness through breath work.
