We are so devoted to LEGO that we personally own well over 1500 distinct sets. Kiddiwinks is more than simply a company to us; it's a way of life. Kiddiwinks, a company Bryony Poulter founded in 2001, is owned and operated from the family home, fondly known as Head Office, in Rondebosch, Cape Town. From a little craft market operation, Kiddiwinks has expanded to include four shops that only sell LEGO sets in the Greater Cape Town region as well as an online store that ships LEGO sets throughout all of South Africa. In addition to retail, Kiddiwinks concentrates on two other business areas, including LEGO parties for kids between the ages of 5 and 16 and LEGO robotics programmes for elementary and secondary schools. Over 30 individuals are employed by Kiddiwinks in full-time, part-time, and casual employment throughout all of its divisions. The goal of the LEGO Group is to educate and excite the next generation of builders. We want to support the realisation of this mission and provide as many children (and adults) with the opportunity to engage in LEGO play and all that it opens up because we are a family that is so passionate about anything LEGO related. Therefore, our goal is to provide every South African child with a LEGO brick in order to unleash their potential for directing their own future.
