I also had a job in the UK, where I was a member of a team that assessed and helped people in their communities. Since moving to Hermanus, I have worked in a private practice, splitting my time between work in the hospital and in private offices. The assessment, treatment, and re-evaluation of patients with primarily neuro-musculoskeletal issues, as well as respiratory problems, strokes, and other medical conditions, was the main focus of the room work. Home visits were also a regular part of my day. My primary areas of hospital work at Hermanus Medical Clinic are the High Care Unit and the Wards.
