We added a variety of new products to our line of business in March 2016, and in April 2016 we travelled to Cape Town to meet with suppliers and forge new connections. We had a R10,000 budget for the entire week we were in Cape Town, which we used to buy food, fuel, and lodging. We had a great first market after our trip and were able to sell most of the stock we had bought. With the addition of our Youniq wraps, teacher bags, leather shoes, etc., we soon began to grow even more. After Youniq Gifts & Accessories was registered as a company in September 2017, we decided to launch our online store and hire more staff to help us realise our dream of running our own company.
