Hi, I'm Phil Botha. My dream in high school was to one day run my own optometry office. At my three practises, I enjoy every minute of my workday. Working with the most wonderful team members and coworkers makes every day at the office enjoyable, and together we have expanded Optical Emporio into three Luxury Boutique Optometry clinics with the single mission of providing the highest level of individualised care to our patients.
After working in London and South Africa, I travelled to Durban to fill in for a colleague; the rest, as they say, is history.
I adore optometry because there are constantly fresh challenges and new scientific and technological developments.
