We have a slight obsession with everything vintage, from vintage cars to vintage drinks. The business was started in 2007 with a fleet of Jaguars (hence the name Classic Cats) which specialised in providing high quality chauffeur driven classic Jaguars for those occasions that require you to arrive in style and with panache. Our tasting menu initially included 35 local gins, but as time went on, we expanded it to include 160 South African gins. Additionally, we have added bottle sales, gin pairing, and a line of craft gin apparel. In 2018, we expanded our selection to include our own craft gin called Quince Gin. We offer a traditional dry style and a barrel aged style. Both gins contain locally grown quince fruit. The only quince gin available is at Classic Cats. distilled in Cape Town at the Hope Distillery. We are eager to show you our luxurious automobiles, all of which are kept in our showroom in Stellenbosch. We can assure you that our gin bar is a must stop if you prefer a gin tasting.
